This client runs a faith-based counseling and mentorship brand based in Maryland, and it came with one of the hardest challenges in all of marketing: a very narrow, very specific audience, often concentrated in particular locations. This was not a product you could put in front of everyone and hope. Reach the wrong people and you burn the budget with nothing to show. Everything depended on precision.

At first, our efforts did not land. The easy move would have been to spend more and push harder, but that only wastes money faster. So instead, I stopped and asked why. I went deep into understanding who this audience truly was, what they actually cared about, and the specific pain they were carrying that this brand could solve.

With that understanding, everything changed. I built creatives around that real pain, and we tested relentlessly — message after message, angle after angle, each one paired with advanced targeting built to reach precisely the right people in the right places. We kept refining until the message and the audience finally clicked.

And when they did, the results multiplied, fast. The audience grew almost 300 times over. On the back of that growth, the brand has held live programs in Indianapolis, Maryland, Houston, and Nigeria, and its counseling and mentorship offerings grew massively in sales. We are now planning to expand into even more countries. From strategy to creative to targeting to results, I managed the whole thing from beginning to end.
